Timetable changes: Can I change my timetable?
Last Updated: Sep 24, 2024 Views: 968

Your timetable is decided by the college (with the exception of General Education Electives if you have any). You may wish to make changes to your timetable, such as changing course sections so that your scheduled classes are at a different time. This may be possible in certain circumstances.

There are two possible ways to change your timetable:

NOTE: Changing your timetable may impact your ability to progress in your program. If you want to change your timetable, we recommend that you contact your Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or Student Success Specialist for assistance. Please see the Timetable Changes page from the Registrar’s Office to find out who you should contact.

If the following conditions are met, you can often change your timetable yourself in your ACSIS account:

  • The courses have been enabled for you to change your timetable in ACSIS.
  • You have received your timetable and the term has not yet started.

If you can make the changes yourself, follow the instructions in Changing timetable: How do I make changes to my timetable in ACSIS?

If you are unable to change your timetable yourself in ACSIS, you can speak with your Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or Student Success Specialist. They may be able to make changes if there are other sections available.
