Timetable: Why can’t I see my timetable?
Last Updated: Feb 06, 2024 Views: 549

Your timetable should be available in your ACSIS profile under “View Timetable.” Please make sure you select the correct term from the drop-down menu.
If you don’t see your timetable, here are some possible reasons:

  • It’s too early:
    • Timetables for the upcoming term are released on the timetable release date, which you can check in the Academic Calendar. After that date, you should be able to see your timetable in your ACSIS account under “View Timetable.”
  • You haven’t paid or deferred for the term:
    • Your timetable will not be available until you pay/defer your fees for the term. Your registration will proceed once you have done so. When you are fully registered, your timetable will be available in ACSIS. To see a demonstration of deferring fees, watch the video ACSIS Tutorials – Defer Your Fees
  • You are still only conditionally accepted:
    • If your acceptance into the program is currently conditional based on the completion of the admission requirements, your timetable will not appear. If you have any questions about the outstanding requirements, please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance (for instructions on how to submit a ticket, watch the video on their contact page).
    • You can check the status of your application in ACSIS under “View Application Status.” Once you are fully registered, your timetable will appear in your ACSIS account under “View Timetable.”
