To access the AC Café, you will need to log in to Brightspace and self-enroll in the course. For more detailed instructions, visit the AC Café: Getting Started guide.
Here are some possible solutions to login problems:
- You can’t log in to Brightpace: Ensure that you have the correct credentials from ACSIS. Find out where to find your login information if you’re not sure. If you have typed the email and password correctly but are still unable to log in, please contact ITS for assistance.
- You don’t have an email and password in ACSIS: Network credentials (user ID, email, and password) appear in ACSIS shortly after you are registered (within 72 hours).
- If you were registered recently, check your ACSIS account again in a day or two.
- If you have been registered for longer than 72 hours, please contact ITS for assistance.
- You don’t see the AC Café course for your term: A new version of the AC Café is created for each new term to ensure the information is up to date. The AC Café for the upcoming term becomes available in the Discover tab in Brightspace approximately one month before the start of term.
