Program kits and withdrawals: What do I do with my program kit if I withdraw from my program?
Last Updated: Mar 22, 2024 Views: 228

Program kits are supplies that students in some programs (e.g. Baking and Pastry Arts, Dental Hygiene etc.) receive. You would typically pick up the kit of supplies or tools from the bookstore or your program area, and the cost is included in your fees.

If you have a program kit and have not used it, you should return the kit to the place that you received it from (i.e. the Campus Store or your program area). If you do not return the kit, or you have already used the supplies and are unable to return them, you will be charged for the supplies. This means that the cost of the program kit will be deducted from any refund that you receive.

If you are unsure of where to return your program kit, contact  your Program Coordinator.
