If your education is sponsored by an organization or employer (Band, Second Career etc.), you should reach out to your sponsor to let them know you are withdrawing. In some cases, your sponsor will expect you to pay back any money they are forfeiting for tuition, including the non-refundable $500 tuition deposit.
