If you are having trouble logging in to Brightspace or your email, there are multiple possible causes. Try the solutions below to fix the issue:
- Make sure your network username and password are correct. You can find your username and initial password in ACSIS. Watch the video on Getting connected at Algonquin College to see how to find your network credentials and use them to log in. If you have not changed your network password, the credentials listed in ACSIS should be accurate.
- If you do not have network credentials in ACSIS, you may need to wait.
- Wait until closer to the start of the term for your username and password to be created.
- Check your application status in ACSIS. You need to be confirmed in a program and have paid/deferred your fees.
- If you registered less than 72 hours ago, check again in a few days.
- If you have done the above, contact ITS if you still don’t have a username and password.
- If your password is incorrect and you have changed it from the original, contact ITS. Your password may need to be reset. Contact ITS or visit the ITS Service Desk during business hours.
