Computer problems: Your computer is not working

If your computer is not working correctly, bring it to the ITS Service Desk for assistance. They can assist with some hardware and software issues.

If your computer is broken and needs to be repaired by the retailer, you can get a loaner laptop from IT Services (ITS).

To obtain a loaner laptop:

Take the computer to the retailer where you purchased it and have it serviced there.
Bring the receipt or work order to the ITS Service Desk, and they will loan you a laptop while yours is being repaired, for a maximum of 30 days per term.

Note: If you are looking to withdraw or change your program, follow the instructions on the withdrawal/transfer website.
